{tit}{cp}MACE-VCM OTR CAI WITHOUT MANIFOLD INSULATORS TO SUIT
HOLDEN VE SIDI LF1 3.0L V6 (Please note this specific SIDI OTR will only suit the LF1 specific VE motor. If you have a LLT, LFX & LFW motor please locate them in the search menu.If you are unsure or need assistance please contact us) This OTR cold air intake provides a range of benefits as listed below:
The factory intake is very limiting, as the engine must draw in air through the 90 degree curved intake pipe, restrictive air box and paper panel filter. The intake is designed in such a way in order to limit noise but unfortunately lowers the volumetric efficiency of the motor. There is:
The circular LF1 and LLT MAF cartridges will simply slot into the adapter included with the OTR which is pictured below. This adapter relocates the MAF between the throttle body and the OTR. This adapter will NOT suit later model LFX and LFW equipped commodores so please choose carefully (OTR to suit these motors are featured in another ad). If unsure, feel free to contact us. Kit Contains:
*THIS KIT DOES NOT INCLUDE MANIFOLD INSULATORS, PLEASE VIEW OUR OTHER LISTINGS FOR V6 OTR PACKAGES THAT INCLUDE MANIFOLD INSULATORS.* To ensure successful fitment, the MAF loom will require extending and our manifold insulators will also need to be installed to allow the throttle body to line up with the intake. This is somewhat of a tedious install and unless confident we recommend having it fitted at a professional workshop. Please contact us, if you require fitment instruction. Please note :
Intake must be used with the factory MAF cartridge and our Manifold Insulators for perfect fitment. Nissan 2020 Vision Gran Turismo concept
Tue, 17 Jun 2014Nissan is the latest manufacturer to unveil a virtual concept car for Polyphony's Gran Turismo game, appropriately based on its GTR flagship.Designed by the team at Nissan Design Europe in London, the 2020 Vision Gran Turismo takes the broad themes of the GTR and transposes them into a far more extreme expression of its character. The vertical front and circular rear lamps are familiar, while the tapered DLO and bodyside graphic are also recognizable, but its proportions are new – wildly low and wide. Wilder still is its surfacing, with extreme offsets through its body section, layered aero elements and wheel arches that incorporate exhaust outlets behind the front wheels and a Gandini-like hexagonal rear graphic. The rear of the Visions Gran Turismo is dominated by the vast lower venturi to suck it to the (virtual) circuit and an equally dominant wing pressing it down, bracketed by the iconic four round lamps.
German Grand Prix (2013) RESULT
Sun, 07 Jul 2013The 2013 German Grand Prix (pictured) The expectation for the 2013 German Grand Prix is that even if Vettel can’t win his home Grand Prix for the first time, there should at least be a ‘German’ win with Hamilton in the Mercedes on pole. But Hamilton made a poor start and it wasn’t just Vettel who got past, but Webber too to make it a one-two away from the line for Red Bull. But at Webber’s first pit stop a wheel came off as he pulled away, hitting a cameraman, and by the time he got his wheel joined to the car again he was a lap down.
Range Rover Sport SVR prototype: official spy photos issued
Wed, 25 Jun 2014By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 25 June 2014 10:33 Land Rover has taken the unusual step of issuing its own spy photos of the new Range Rover Sport SVR - a muscled-up, 543bhp version that's been breathed on by Jaguar Land Rover's new Special Ops division. A new Range Rover Sport SVR prototype will be thrashed up the Goodwood hillclimb at this weekend's Goodwood Festival of Speed and these photos are the first conclusive proof that the Range Rover Sport SVR will join the line-up later in 2014. The SVR name is the first confirmation of a go-faster badge for future fast Land Rovers.
